It's no secret celebs grapple with mental health issues just like anyone else. In honor of World Mental Health Day on Saturday, Oct. 10, we're rounding up some of the personal stories and encouraging words stars are sharing on social media in an effort to raise awareness about the fact that, as Mindy Kaling so eloquently put it on Instagram, "It's OK to not be OK." She added: "It's a tough world out there and we need to be there for each other. If you're struggling, please reach out to a friend, family member, or anyone! Your mental health matters.
