The Duchess was speaking to ITV during a visit to Royal Gloucestershire Hospital. She and Charles, Prince of Wales were meeting key workers. Asked if she had seen family workers, she said: "First time last weekend, not hug them but see them, it was a great treat."
Camilla has five grandchildren through her first marriage to former British Army Officer Andrew Parker Bowles.
Camilla’s eldest son is food critic Tom Parker Bowles.
Tom married Sara Buys in 2005.
The couple has two children, daughter Lola and son Freddy.
Charles did not confirm whether he has seen family members since lockdown was eased.
William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge are based at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are currently based in Los Angeles with Archie.
Camilla and Charles met staff from a number of different trusts.
Charles revealed: "It's been a marvellous opportunity just to have a chance of seeing people I know have been doing so much - literally on the front line.
"And having to endure an awful lot of stress and strain in their wonderful way - how they do it I don't know. But delivering everything in the most effective way."
Charles spoke to Jeff Mills, a healthcare assistant from Cheltenham General Hospital, about his experience from coronavirus.
Mr Mills told The Telegraph: "He did speak of his personal experience, so first-hand experience for him.
“He also spoke about his loss of smell and taste, and sort of still felt he's still got it now."
