BOISE, Idaho – Boise State redshirt senior Avery Williams earned an All-America first-team selection with Phil Steele naming him the nation's best kick returner.

Wide receiver Khalil Shakir was a first-team wide receiver. The Broncos placed five players on the second team, three on third team and five on the fourth team.
Williams has earned five first-team All-America honors, including three as a kick returner (Football Writers Association of America and USA Today). He was the top return specialist according to The Sporting News and the all-purpose player on the American Football Coaches Association's team.
