All 17 Terriers achieved a grade-point average of 3.0 or better in each of the two semesters that they competed in during the 2020-21 season. This was the seventh straight year that at least 10 Terriers earned a spot on the Hockey East All-Academic Team. In each of the last six seasons, BU has earned at least 14 spots on the squad.
Rachel Allen and Corinne Schroeder graduated from BU having earned Distinguished Scholar status for earning a 3.0 in every semester of their collegiate career. Both Allen and Schroeder graduated magna cum laude in May, with Allen earning a degree in biomedical engineering and Schroeder completing degrees in psychology and health science.
Kate Stuart earned her third consecutive spot on the All-Academic Team as she pursues a degree in business administration and management. Nara Elia capped her BU career with a second straight appearance on the All-Academic Team. She graduated with a degree in psychology. Elia was one of six Terriers, including Courtney Correia, Kaleigh Donnelly, Brooke Ersoy, Nadia Mattivi and Grace Parker, to be recognized for the second time. Ersoy, Mattivi and Parker have all earned a spot on the squad in each of their first two seasons at BU.
Eight Terriers were named to the All-Academic Team for the first time, including freshmen Andi Calderone, Catherine Foulem, Lacey Martin and Julia Shaunessy. Alex Allan, Haylee Blinkhorn, Nicole McGuigan and Emma Wuthrich also represented BU on the team.
