ARLINGTON, Va. - The Washington Capitals and Devils Backbone Brewing Company announced today ALL CAPS Smash, a ready-to-drink canned cocktail at 10% ABV made with two shots of premium vodka, real grapefruit juice, and that is best served on ice or by the ice.
The beverage will debut at Capital One Arena on Oct. 13 when the Capitals host the New York Rangers at 7:30 p.m. in the team's 2021-22 season home opener. ALL CAPS Smash will only be available in 12 oz. cans emblazoned with the Washington Capitals logo in Capital One Arena through the conclusion of the season.
In honor of the ALL CAPS Smash launch, the Capitals and Devils Backbone are offering a chance to win a pair of tickets featuring a Devils Backbone food and drink upgrade to a regular-season game. To enter and for additional details, visit @devilsbackbonebrewingcompany on Instagram.

This is an extension of the collaboration launched in 2019, when the Capitals and Devils Backbone launched Capit-Ale India Pale Ale, an easy drinking, hoppy brew. For the first time ever, Capit-Ale will be available outside Capital One Arena in 16oz cans, 12oz/6pk cans, and draft in select retail locations in the surrounding area. Fans can find Capit-Ale near them using the Devils Backbone Beer Finder or at participating Giant Food stores.
